This company is a small B2B organisation, located in Weesp. This organisation offers other businesses the opportunity to have insight in their buying process. They are a source-to-pay solution for mid-market organisations and enable customers to control and manage their supply-chain risk. They do this by reducing the costs and deliver efficiencies through digitalisation and automation. Big international businesses like ING, Heineken and Duravermeer are among their clients. They offer both tailor made and standardised products.

 

Role:

To further develop their team, this organisation is looking for a Business Analist. This person works within an agile framework across multiple delivery teams bringing a fresh wind to their systems. These teams are (not limited to) Testers, Product Managers, Software Developers and Database Engineers. As Business Analist you make sure there is an agreement on the meaning of success and you organize workshops to explain work items. You work closely with the Product Managers to manage their relationship with important business stakeholders and to manage the backlog. It is also important that the BA can work with other team members to keep the quality of the user stories and acceptance criteria on a high enough level for development and testing. You are accountable for documenting these criteria and user stories, as well as for ensuring the team hears the voice of the costumer (their pain points, motivation and goals).

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to use techniques as UML, use case and activity diagrams.
  • Working experience with multiple agile analysis techniques.
  • Ability to solve complex situations and to analyse activity with several products, business assumptions and requirements.
  • Experience with delivery tracking tools as Confluence, MS-Office, Azure and Jira.
  • Strong communication skills and desire for improvement, with an enthusiastic and curious mindset.
