Team:

You will lead the current existing team. This exists of several data analysists, a data engineer and business analysts. The business analysts apply advancedd solutions to the company’s unit.

Responsibilities:

As a Data & BI Manager you will be responsible for:

• The availability and quality of the BI platform and outcome of reports and dashboarding;
• Overseeing and understanding the technical side of BI and share your insights to stakeholders;
• Developing an analytics and Data Management Strategy;
• Driving operations of the Data Management infrastructure;
• Managing the neccessary governance so business analysts can trust the information presented in the reports;
• Lead and manage the team;
• Work across the company and combine software engineering with algoritmic data concepts to provide the entire product;
• Implementing new features in the system;
• Ensuring the company’s data is stored correctly;
• Providing technical oversights for integrating new technology and data standards;
• Creating and leading execution of new capabilities in order to deliver production environments;
• Lead tools as Hadoop, Amazon, Redshift, Redis, Kafka;
• Optimizing different games in collaboration with product owners.

You offer:

As a Data & BI- Manager you are responsibile for developing, designing and modifying the data management strategy, architecture and infrastructure. Moreover you will support business requirements and expedite data analysois and reporting. You will gather, analyze and identify actionable data insights to solve real complex challanges on a daily basis. You will do this to modify the most succesful mobile gaming platform with games played by millions of people.

You:

• Have 4 years of relevant work experience;
• Have a EU residency;
• Experience in SQL;
• Experience in Business Intelligence and Data Mangement;
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects;
• Expereince with Big data technologies: Hadoop, Amazon S3, Redhift and MySQL;
• Experience with development;
• Experience with Data Visualization tools : Tableau, Power BI or Qlik;
• Experience working in a complex organisation;
• Experience to work with multiple stakeholders;
• Experience with R is a pre;
• Affinity in the gaming industry;
• Fleunt in English.
