FUNCTION

The organisation is data-driven, it is their vehicle to learn and make decisions. This makes your position as Data Engineer very important. Lots of data is available which brings many opportunities.   For example, with the collected data, new python tools are developed and implemented in order to automate steps within the processes, increase speed and decrease errors.

As Senior Data Engineer you are responsible for the architecture, design, development and operations of the tools you and your team build. You will work together with the global tech teams on continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will manage 2 junior Data Engineers and Business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

YOU OFFER  

• A minimum of 3 years work experience as a Data Engineer
• A bachelor or master degree in a related field
• Backend experience in Python and SQL (min. 2 years)
• Work experience with Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• A Dutch passport / Residence / Work permit
