This organization is helping companies with digital growth, you will be working for the biggest brands in the Netherlands. They are helping clients in structuring their databases, managing digital management platforms but are also discovering trends, using Machine Learning and predictive analytics. You will work closely with A-brands only.
At the moment 160 people are working for the organization, everyone is working client-faced. You will become part of hybrid teams of clients and colleagues. The current Data Science team is containing of a good mix between Data Analysts, Data Scientists and a Data Engineer, from Junior to Medior level. This Data Engineer position would preferrably be filled with a Senior Data Engineer.
You will have a strategic role for the A-brands in this organisation. You know how to get insights from their data and translate them into commercial goals with a concrete development plan. As a Data Scientist you will build and implement algorithms that make data valuable. You will think about the modelling approach and analyze performance. You will visualize insights into data and provide clear advise to the A-brands on their long-term vision and opportunities. It is up to you to think about new ideas and potentials for the clients.
