 Organization:

This ambitious organization is striving to become the best IoT platform in the real estate business to create sustainable buildings all over the world. The team has more than 100 employees, including computer scientists, data engineers, business strategists, product owners, and developers. This subsidiary combines the decades of experience of its parent company with its own standardized SaaS offering to help clients in optimizing its existing and new buildings’ performance. A combination of machine learning, artificial intelligence and the newest technologies is used to create more sustainable buildings in the world, so you will not only be helping the clients, but you will be helping society as a whole.

Role:

You will be leading the Business Analysis Team. This team consists of three FTEs and the scope includes both the sustainability and business strategy. Some of the key tasks of this team include defining the mission and vision statement, targets and reports against the strategy set, and strategy in general. At holding level, you will be reporting to the organization’s investors. To the wider public, you will be reporting through the ESG reports. With this team, you will be working closely with the finance department. Next to helping shareholders and counterparts gain insight into the organization, you will be responsible for sustainability reporting, investor reporting, business planning and target setting, and you will carry managerial responsibility.

You offer:

• MSc degree in Controlling/Business Administration/Economics or something similar;
• Ten or more years relevant working experience (of which at least five years at a strategy consulting firm);
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken Dutch and English (if you also speak German this is considered a plus);
• Affection with sustainability, health, and wellbeing in the built environment;
• You perform well in dynamic situations under time pressure;
• Proven track record in high end business analytics in a corporate environment (preferably real estate industry).
