Looking to join a dynamic team that values data-driven insights? We are seeking a Web Analyst to support our organization in transforming complex data into actionable insights. As a Web Analyst, you will work alongside e-commerce professionals to analyze visitor behavior and generate insights to improve customer journeys on our website and our apps. You will design and develop dashboards and reports, support A/B testing, and act as a Google Analytics expert.
You will join an Analytics team of 11 colleagues representing 6 nationalities, who work together to improve the shared understanding of how the business model generates value. As a Web Analyst, you will work specifically with the e-commerce team, delivering high-quality analyses on visitor behavior and flows to help bring our website to the next level.
To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 2-5 years of relevant experience, and a business-driven attitude. You should also be familiar with the Agile methodology and have hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and Google Optimize. Experience with the Microsoft BI stack is a plus.
